Description of Film Coating Machine:
BGB Tablet film coating machine is mainly used in medicine and food industries. Meeting GMP requirements, it is a kind of mechanically and electrically integrated Coating Equipment with high efficiency, energy conservation, good safety and good cleanliness for organic film coating, water soluble coating, dripping pill coating, sugar coating, chocolate and candy coating of tablets, pills and candies.
Under the rotation action of the coating roller, the tablets or pills to be coated make continuous movement in the roller. The peristaltic pump conveys the coating media to the spray gun for spraying them on the surfaces of the tablets or pills to be coated. Under negative pressure, the inlet air handling unit supplies clean hot air to the tablet bed according to the set procedures and process parameters to dry the tablets or pills. The hot air is discharged from the outlet air handing unit at the bottom of the layer of tablets or pills, so that the coating media sprayed on the tablets or pills rapidly form solid, dense, flat and smooth film to complete the coating operation.

Performance of Film coating machine:
1. Main Machine: 
During the film coating process in the major machine, it shows such features dust fly off, no syrup splash, operation condition improvement, little cross contamination to tablets, simple coating process, coating time shortening as well as high production efficiency etc.
There adopted a new & mini type computer and a touch screen on which temperature and negative pressure control system are displayed with such functions programmability, automatic adjusting such a majority of process parameters flow, negative pressure, intake, exhaust, temperature, rotational velocity the compile of SOP digitizing, making no difference between various batches products with the same technical parameter.
It adds data storage and printing functions with more than 14 program film coating, which are modified at any time in the run. The printing device finished as to the customers' requirement so that the process parameters process flow of each batch of production can be accurately recorded and domestic advanced level. The users may write batch numbers and the codes products on their needs.   

2. Hot Air Cabinet: 
Firstly, air inhaled in through the centrifugal fan should be purified up to the 100,000 Level after three times filtration, involving primary filtration, medium filtration and high filtration, then be blown to the drum of main machine through the (steam or electro thermal) .Equipped with a vibration damper. Equipped with primary filtration device in the in take, it is more in accordance with GMP.

3. Air Exhaust Cabinet: 
Used for pumping air out of drum in the major machine (including dust absorption), keeping the working area under negative pressure. Equipped with a vibration damper. The exhaust outlet is equipped with a reflux-proof device. Close the exhaust cutlet before stop the machine to prevent the air in the exhaust cabinet from reflux. It is equipped with a dust abatement & filtration by vibration. So the vibration and dust are insulated, the dust is presented from fly off and the dust abatement is   automatically separated, which makes cleaning easy.

4. Air Spraying System:
High pressure uniform vaporized liquid can be sprayed though the crawler pump and the air spray gun imported from Japan.

5. Thermostatic Stirring Tank: 
The mediums can be electrically heated and stirred into a uniform liquid at a preset temperature.
