Product Description

Spin flash dryer is a high speed and high efficiency Drying Equipment. Filter caked materials, flakes, pastels, slurries, fibres, gels and other materials of similar consistencies can all be treated easily and effectively. And the output product is dry powder.

Spin flash drying machine is widely used in chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutial industry, feed industry, pesticide industry, veterinary medicine industry, building materials industry, pigment industry, etc.

Rotary flash dryer mainly consists of feeding system, inlet air heating and purification system, drying tower, cyclone separator, bag filter and outlet air system.

The feeding system of flash drying machine: The machine adopts screw conveyor for feeding. The feeding speed is adustable, it is interlocked with outlet air. The feeding speed is adjusted automatically according to the feedback signal of outlet air, it can ensure the final moisture of output powder meet the technical requirements.

The heating source of the flash dryer can be steam, electricity, thermal oil, natural gas, LPG gas, gasoline, diesel, coal, biomass fuels, etc.
